What size dumpsters are available?

12 yard - 8 feet wide, 14 feet long, approx. 4 feet tall
16 yard - 8 feet wide, 14 feet long, approx. 5 feet tall

What is the price to rent a waste container?

$250 for a 12 Yard and $285 for a 16 Yard. All prices include delivery and pickup and use for two weeks. Includes the dump fee and there are no additional charges, it's all-inclusive.

Our flat-rate pricing includes delivery, pick-up, and all dump fees. There are no hidden costs.

What is flat rate pricing?

Our flat rate pricing includes one delivery, one pick-up, and one dump fee. There are no hidden charges. If you need to have the container emptied and then returned so you can continue to use it, the same flat rate will apply for the second use.

When do I pay?

Payment is expected at time of delivery unless other arrangements have been made. We accept checks or cash, and MasterCard and Visa. We can accept credit cards by phone prior to delivery.

How long do I get to keep the waste container?

Each rental is for two weeks. A charge of $8 per day after that, with payment made in advance for extra time needed. Additional rental times and multiple pickup and exchange can be arranged.

What items are not permitted in the waste containers?

Do not put the following into the containers:

  • Hazardous materials
  • Paints, oils, thinners
  • Chemical Liquids
  • Propane tanks
  • Freon
  • Tires

Other information

  • Container must not be over-filled.  Note the fill line markers on the container and do not fill past the top of the container.
  • Be sure the door is closed and locked when ready for pick-up.
  • Keep the area free from vehicles and anything else that would limit access to the container when ready for pick-up
